Carrot Onion Egg Fried Rice

Cut the carrots and onions into small pieces, mince the shallots, and beat the eggs in a bowl.

Put less oil in the bottom of the pan and fry the eggs.

Shovel the eggs into small pieces with a spatula and serve them out.

Put oil on the bottom of the pot and sauté the carrots first.
5.
Add onions and sauté until half cooked.
6.
Pour the rice into the pot and stir fry evenly.
7.
Add the egg cubes and sprinkle in the right amount of salt.
8.
Sprinkle chopped green onions, stir-fry evenly and serve
