Carrot Pancakes

Wash the carrots, peel them, and shred them for later use.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add finely chopped choy sum and chopped green onions.

Add flour.

Add water to make a paste.

Pour an appropriate amount into a saucepan, adjust medium heat and fry until the edges are transparent, then turn it over.
