Carrot Roasted Edamame

Wash 2 tomatoes and cut them into diced tomatoes. It is recommended not to peel them

Carrots are peeled, washed and diced

Peel the edamame and wash

Garlic peel off the garlic coat, wash and chop finely

Heat up the wok, pour in some vegetable oil and heat it up, add minced garlic, and sauté on low heat

Add the carrots and stir fry evenly

Then add edamame

Transfer in the right amount of light soy sauce

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and add diced tomatoes

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, stir-fry evenly, cover, and cook until carrots and edamame are cooked through

After the ingredients are cooked thoroughly, add in the right amount of salt and the right amount of chicken essence

Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, and cook out
Tips:
Carrots and edamame can be blanched beforehand and then fried.
