Carrot Spiced Pork

The first step [preparation of ingredients] pork belly and carrot slices (do not cut too thin). Put a spoonful of salt, two spoons of cooking wine, a small amount of pepper, and ginger for 15 minutes. Then, prepare other accessories.

Step 2 [Fry the spices in the pot] Pour peanut oil into the pot, add a spoonful of salt to the oil (to prevent oil splashing), then put the bay leaves, star anise, pepper, and ginger slices in hot oil and stir fry.

Step 7 [Simmering on low heat] Add the carrots and meat that have been soaked in water, cover the pot, and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes (the radishes are just soft), and then they are out of the pot.
Tips:
When the pork belly is bought from the market, you can pour a few tablespoons of white vinegar and rinse it with water to sterilize, remove fishy, and degrease.
