1. Wash the radish and cut into two pieces.

2. Cut into about 1cm thick slices, and then cut into about 1cm thick strips.

3. The top is not cut off, hung on a clothes hook, and placed in the sun to dry.

4. You don’t have to harvest it at night, and it’s dried for three days, so it’s almost done.

5. The strips are torn apart.

6. Rub it repeatedly with your hands to get the moisture out.

7. I put seven or eight tablespoons of salt, if the salt is not enough, it will be sour, but the sour diced radish is also delicious.

8. Added four spoons of homemade dried chili powder.

9. Just mix it well. I put a fresh-keeping bag on my hand and grab it evenly.

10. Put it in a jar and seal it for 20 days.

11. Well, try it. The chili powder was spicy at first, and then it was very crispy. The skin was a bit chewy, and it was a little sweet after chewing. The spicyness of the radish itself is gone.

12. Chop the diced radish and ingredients.

13. Add soy sauce. Throw it in a large bowl and mix well.

14. Appetizer.
