Carrot, Yam and Crucian Carp Soup

Remove the scales, cheeks, and intestines of the crucian carp. Wash carrots and yam.

Peel the yam and cut into hob pieces. Cut the carrots into hob pieces.

Crucian carp wrapped in flour.

Put pepper in the pot, add oil and heat.

The crucian carp is fried in the pan and served out.

Add green onion, ginger and garlic to the skillet.

Put the fried crucian carp into a boiling pot, add boiling water and cook.

After 10 minutes, the yam and carrots are cooked in the pot.

1. Adding peppercorns when frying fish can remove fishy and freshness.
