Carrots and Lean Quinoa Porridge
1.
Chop the lean meat, add a little salt, minced ginger, a tablespoon of oil, mix well, and marinate for a while.
2.
Wash the carrots and cut them into mung bean-sized cubes.
3.
Wash the rice and tricolor quinoa.
4.
Add appropriate amount of water, add carrots, and cook the porridge normally. It takes one and a half minutes to cook porridge in my rice cooker.
5.
When cooking the porridge, cut some diced mustard. This is the mustard in a bag, it is best if it has a light taste and no pepper. Dried radishes are also fine.
6.
Twenty minutes before the end of cooking the porridge, pour in the minced meat first, and quickly scatter it to prevent it from becoming a ball. Add a teaspoon of salt and the chopped mustard. Mix it well, then cover and continue to cook until the end is ready to eat.
Tips:
1. It is fine to replace millet without tricolor quinoa, or pure rice. When cooking porridge or rice, mix a little grains and have more nutrition.
2. The side dishes are as you like. This kind of vegetable porridge tastes a bit salty, so add a little salt appropriately.
