Carrots and Onions

Cut the onion and carrot into thin strips and set aside

Heat the pan, pour in the oil, wait until the oil is slightly hot, pour in the onions and stir fry.

Add carrots and stir fry. Add seasonings to adjust the taste

Fry until the carrots and onions are soft. If the oil is not enough, you can add an appropriate amount of cornstarch and water. Until the carrots are cooked. Some people like crunchy carrots, I like the softened carrot taste.

Finally add lettuce and stir fry.

It can be served on a plate after being cooked.
Tips:
1. When frying vegetarian dishes, be sure to fire. high speed.
2. Put enough oil. If there is less oil, the color of vegetables will not be plump. Of course not too much, otherwise it will feel greasy.
3. I use local baby carrots. The dosage is for reference only. You can increase or decrease the ingredients and seasonings according to personal tastes and preferences.
