Carrots Mixed with Kelp

Soak the kelp in advance and wash it off. Wash carrots and pleurotus eryngii.

Cut carrots and pleurotus eryngii into slices.
3.
Cut the kelp into pieces.
4.
Blanch the carrots and eryngii mushrooms in a boiling pot and remove them to drain.

Put the kelp into the boiling pot and cook, remove and drain the water.

The blanched carrots and pleurotus eryngii are drained and placed in a container.

Add kelp, add salt and stir.

Add MSG and stir.

Add sesame oil and stir.
