Casserole Beef Balls, Taro, Crab and Yellow Mushroom Stew
1.
Beef meatballs cut in half and changed to flower knife
2.
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, saute the garlic, add beef balls and chicken pieces, and fry until slightly brown.
3.
Put an appropriate amount of warm water in a casserole, add beef balls and chicken nuggets, and bring to a boil over medium-low heat.
4.
There is still some oil in the original pot. I put the taro and corn (only a small piece left) and stir-fried, and seasoned with salt and chicken powder.
5.
After the beef balls in the casserole are opened, turn to low heat, and pour in the flavored ingredients. Cover and boil.
6.
Then add the crab yellow mushrooms and two red dates.
7.
Just adjust the taste after boiling.
Tips:
1. Beef balls do not need to be changed, if it is too troublesome. I changed the flower knife to one for good-looking and two for tasty.
2. Beef balls can also be boiled directly in a casserole. I think it tastes better and more fragrant after frying until slightly yellow. I tried to cook it directly, it feels a bit fishy.
3. Put the ingredients in the casserole in the order of whether they are easy to cook to maintain the taste and nutrition of the ingredients.
