Casserole Pork Ribs
1.
Soak the fresh ribs for 15 minutes in bleeding water. Add ginger to the pressure cooker and press until fully cooked. I pressed this on medium heat for 30 minutes.
2.
Prepare the ingredients. Cut green and red peppers with an oblique knife, and cut onions and green onions into sections.
3.
Cut the potatoes into your favorite shapes and wash away the starch.
4.
Put some oil in the pan. If you don't like oil, you can cook them with water.
5.
Put the oil in the casserole, add the shallots, pepper and star anise, and stir fry.
6.
Stir fry with soybean paste and Laoganma tempeh
7.
Put in the ribs. Add light soy sauce, soy sauce. Continue to stir fry evenly.
8.
Put onions and green and red peppers. Continue to stir fry.
9.
As for the one who has never used ribs, I just cooked the soup of ribs. Bring to a boil on high fire.
10.
Turn to low heat and simmer for an hour.
11.
Put potatoes. Collect the juice over the fire.
12.
Turn off the heat and let it sit in there for ten minutes to make the soup richer.
13.
Put it in a small casserole and serve it on the table. The hardness of the ribs is based on personal taste. If you like to eat harder water, you don't need to put too much, just boil it over high heat.
Tips:
The side dishes inside can be matched at will.
