Caterpillar Bread

Put the ingredients in order, put the dough into the bread machine, add water and stir to melt, pause the machine, add flour, sugar, egg liquid, knead for 15 minutes, add salt and butter and continue kneading for 10 minutes!

Knead out the glove film, as shown in the picture!

Put it in a basin, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment twice as large,

Fermentation is twice as big, stick the flour by hand, press to remove the dough without shrinking.

Divide into 8 doses and round up.

Roll into a long strip, roll up, as shown in the figure
