Catfish Head and Tail Roasted Loofah

Main and auxiliary materials: catfish head and tail, loofah, green onion, ginger and garlic

Loofah peeled, washed, and cut into hob blocks

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the onion, ginger, garlic

Put the fish head and fish tail into the heat, cook with vinegar and cooking wine

Add some light soy sauce

Add water to a boil

Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, add salt and sugar to taste

Tips:
Loofah is easy to cook. You should stew the head and tail of the fish before adding the loofah.
