Celery and Potato Shreds

Remove the leaves and cut into sections of celery, finely chop the thick roots, and blanch them for later use.

Peel the two potatoes and cut them into thin strips. Wash them out in cold water and set aside. Cut the pork into thin strips.

Cut two cloves of garlic, and break the dried chilies apart.

Stir-fry the shredded pork with oil and add dried chili and garlic.

Add potato shreds.

Add shredded celery.

After sautéing, add half a teaspoon of five-spice powder, half a teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of sugar.

One spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of soy sauce.
9.
Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and sprinkle the chicken essence, finished product.
