Celery Braised Noodles

Pour the wet noodles bought in the supermarket into a large bowl, add a little cooking oil twice, and mix well to avoid sticking during the steaming process.

Spread a steaming cloth in the steamer, and the fire will start to steam.

In another pot, heat the oil and pour the onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant. The oil should be twice as much as usual for cooking. Then add the carrots and stir fry for one minute, add all the seasonings, and then add the cut celery.

Continue to stir-fry. When the celery is 6 minutes old, add a bowl of water, bring it to a boil, and taste the saltiness, which is twice as salty as usual.

The wet noodles that have been steamed for 15 minutes can be temporarily turned off.

Pour the boiled celery and noodles into a large pot and mix well, or pour the noodles directly into the cooking pot and mix well. After mixing well, pour them back into the steamer and continue to steam for about 10 minutes. You can open it halfway and turn it over with chopsticks and taste it.
