Celery Ham Omelette

Celery leaves chopped

Diced ham

Put the ham, flour and egg into the celery leaves, add a little salt, chicken essence, and water and mix well

Put oil in the pan, add half of the batter and spread it out into a circle

Fry on one side until browned and turn over

After frying, serve and cut into pieces
Tips:
1. There is no precise standard for the amount of celery leaf and flour and it is more random. Mine is two amounts
2. When frying, wait for one side to fry before turning over, otherwise it will break easily
