Celery Leaf Fried Rice

1. Wash the carrots and chop finely.

2. Mince the ham and set aside.

3. Wash the celery leaves, blanch them in a pot of boiling water, remove and chop them.

4. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and stir fry the carrots.

5. Fry until the carrots change color, set aside, add the chopped green onion and sauté.

6. Add the rice, stir fry, and pour in the eggs.

7. After frying, add the ground ham and stir fry.

8. Season with appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly.
