Celery Leaf Quiche

I used three celery leaves, about a small bag of fresh-keeping bag, and spread a pan on a 28cm pan

Boil a pot of water, add a spoonful of salt, then add the celery leaves, then turn off the heat and blanch it out

Squeeze the moisture from the celery leaves (use your great power)

Then chopped celery leaves

Flour+salt+water+egg stir well

Then add chopped celery leaves and mix well

Pour a little oil into the pan, pour in the batter, spread the batter evenly and fry it (my batter just spreads out a 28cm pan)

Then cut it up and cut it open
