1. Pick the celery leaves and wash them.
2. Place it in boiling water for one or two minutes (the time should not be too long or the leaves will be soft and not tasty.)
3. Remove the dry water. Chopped
4. Add salt, monosodium glutamate, chili oil, a little light soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Serve it.
The copying time should not be too long. This is a little bit longer for me to take pictures. The garlic can be chopped at the crumble point, and the taste will be better.
