Celery Leaves Mixed with Fragrant Dried

Ingredients: Celery leaves, fragrant dried, garlic, peppercorns, dried chilies, white sesame seeds (cooked)

Wash the celery leaves and blanch them in boiling water.

Place the blanched celery in cold water to cool down, squeeze the water and chop finely

Cut dried tofu into small cubes, mince garlic, and break apart dried chilies.

Put the cut dried tofu into boiling water and cook for a minute or two to remove.

Put the processed celery leaves and dried tofu into a container, add garlic, salt, a little sugar, balsamic vinegar, and white sesame seeds.

In a cold pot with cold oil, add dried chili segments and peppercorns to low heat and fry until the color changes and the aroma is released.

Remove the discolored peppercorns and do not use them. Pour the pepper oil on the minced garlic while it is hot to create a fragrance.

Just mix well.
Tips:
Do not blanch the celery leaves for a long time. When the water becomes soft, you can remove the cold water. When blanching, add some salt in the water to make the celery leaves greenish green.
