Celery Mixed with Yuba
1.
Soak the yuba with warm water 2 hours in advance. You can add a little bit of salt to make the taste stronger. Slice celery with a diagonal knife, slice carrots, and chop garlic for later use.
2.
Boil water in a pot, add a little salt, two drops of cooking oil, and boil the celery for one minute.
3.
Use cold water and control the water for later use.
4.
Cut the soaked yuba into inch sections, blanch in the pot for half a minute and remove.
5.
Use cold water and control the water for later use.
6.
The carrot slices are also copied in the water, and the water is cooled and dried. Put a celery and yuba together, and add all the seasonings.
7.
Add three spoons of secret seasoned chili oil (there is a tutorial in the previous recipe).
8.
Stir well.
9.
Sprinkle cooked white sesame seeds on the table.
10.
carry out.
Tips:
The yuba must be soaked in advance. The cold water is about 10 hours a night, and the warm water is 4 hours. My warm water is not enough for more than an hour, so I blanch it with boiling water for half an hour, so the taste is slightly worse.
