Celery Simmered with Tofu

Wash celery, carrots and tofu and set aside.

After the ingredients are washed, slice the celery, not too thin, cut thick slices of tofu, and slice carrots.

Tofu should be fried until golden on both sides, and the frying time should be longer.

Blanch the carrots and celery with boiling water and put them in cold water.

After the tofu is fried, let it cool and cut into strips. Drain the celery.

Put oil in the pan, use low heat, add chili powder and saute until fragrant.

Add the chopped green onion and garlic and stir fry.

Add the remaining seasoning and stir fry and turn off the heat.
9.
Pour in the celery and tofu strips and mix well.
