A fast-handed dish that couldn't be more homely. The combination of high-protein squid and multi-fiber celery is nutritious and healthy.

Celery Squid

1. Preparation: Wash the squid and cut it into pieces

2. Celery cut into sections

3. Heat oil in a pan, add green onion, ginger, and peppercorns until fragrant

4. Add the squid and stir fry for a while

5. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce and salt, cover and cook for a while

6. Add celery and stir fry a few times

7. Add half a bowl of boiling water, cover the pot and cook for a while

Tips:

1. It's best to taste the saltiness before adding salt, because some squids have been soaked in salt water by small vendors in advance.
2. Celery can also be blanched in advance.
