Celery Stir-fried Beef

1. Shred the beef against the texture, use an egg white, light soy sauce, bean paste (chopped chili), and salt for 15 minutes.

2. Cut celery equal to the length of shredded beef and pickle with a little salt.

3. Start the pan, put the oil, sauté the ginger garlic into the beef and fry it quickly. .

4. Wash the pot, add celery to the hot pot and stir-fry for a minute, then add beef and continue to fry for about 2 minutes.

5. Add three tablespoons of water (ideally with broth), turn the water on and turn off the heat quickly and get out of the pot.
