Celery is a popular dish that is sold in all seasons. Celery is very nutritious, with high protein and iron content, which is very beneficial to human health.

Celery Stir-fried Noodles

1. Prepare ingredients: Soak vermicelli in warm water in advance to soften

2. Heat oil in the pan, add minced garlic to explode the aroma

3. Add celery and stir fry a few times

4. Add the vermicelli and stir fry a few times

5. Add soy sauce, then add carrots and stir fry a few times

6. Add shrimp skins and a little salt and stir-fry well

7. Tastes great

Tips:

If the shrimp skins are salted shrimp skins, reduce the amount of salt. I use unsalted shrimp skins
