Celery Stir-fried Noodles

Prepare ingredients: Soak vermicelli in warm water in advance to soften

Heat oil in the pan, add minced garlic to explode the aroma

Add celery and stir fry a few times

Add the vermicelli and stir fry a few times

Add soy sauce, then add carrots and stir fry a few times

Add shrimp skins and a little salt and stir-fry well

Tips:
If the shrimp skins are salted shrimp skins, reduce the amount of salt. I use unsalted shrimp skins
