Fried Rice with Mustard, Mixed Vegetables and Egg

Cut celery, dried bean curd and mustard tuber into small pieces.

Chop ginger and garlic into minced pieces and diced green onions.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, drop two drops of vinegar (to remove fishy) and beat them up.
