Chamagu Braised Lamb Chops

Main ingredients: lamb chops, chama ancient accessories: vegetable oil, salt, onion, ginger, soy sauce, grass fruit, peppercorns, fennel, spicy skin

Wash and shred the onion, slice the ginger, and cut the spicy skin bubble into sections

Chamagu washed and cut into pieces

Cut the lamb chops

Tips:
Lamb chops have to be boiled in cold water and picked up Chamagu is very cooked, don’t make it too early
