Chayote in Oyster Sauce

1 chayote, 1 pleurotus eryngii, 60g tenderloin, 1 green onion.

Wash and cut the chayote and remove the flesh.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Heat in a frying pan and add some oil to sauté scallions, eryngii mushrooms and tenderloin.
