Chayote Stir-fried Pork

1. Prepare the ingredients, peel the chayote, remove the seeds and wash the green peppers.

2. Cut chayote, green pepper, and twice-cooked pork into slices.

3. Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry the chayote for 1 minute, add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for a while.

4. Add green pepper and twice-cooked pork, stir fry for 2 minutes.
