On a sunny day after snowing, I went to work, and I was temporarily notified to rest, so happy! Preparing lunch for my daughter, the materials at home can be made delicious!

Cheese Baked Rice

1. Wash the cabbage and cut into filaments for later use.

2. Prepare all kinds of materials! Clean the green beans.

3. Heat a pan over medium heat, add butter, and let the butter melt.

4. Add bolognese sauce and stir fry evenly. (I fry the meat sauce myself, I have time to make a recipe, it’s super fragrant)

5. Add shredded cabbage and green beans, and continue to stir fry over medium heat.

6. Stir-fry until the vegetable shreds become soft and slightly discolored.

7. Add rice and stir fry. Press with a spatula to disperse the rice grains and mix well with the vegetables.

8. Beat an egg directly! Stir-fry evenly and not stick to the pan, so it won't get muddy!

9. After stirring well, add a spoonful of salt to taste.

10. Add light soy sauce, this step is indispensable. Adjust the flavor and stir well. Here you can preheat the oven up and down to 180°C at the same time.

11. Put the fried rice in a glass baking dish and flatten it lightly with a fork.

12. Spread a layer of shredded cheese, if you like the brushed thicker, you can put more.

13. Put it in the middle of the preheated oven and bake for 15-16 minutes. Just put it out of the oven and eat it for a while!

Tips:

1. The drawing depends on cheese, you can put a little more according to your preference. \n2, the rice underneath can be adjusted according to your own taste. \n3. This party is for one person!
