Cheese Baked Zucchini

Cut the zucchini in two and use a small spoon to dig out the middle flesh.

Cut the excavated flesh into coarse grains, put it in a cooking pot, and chop 1 shallot into chopped green onions, 1 clove of garlic, pat and chop, grab a handful of sweet beans, beat an egg, 1 gram of salt and a little bit of salt Stir all the peppers together.

Tips:
1. One zucchini, half an egg is enough, but the other half of the egg is not good for other purposes, so there is an additional process of solidifying the egg juice.
