Cheese Curry Potato Pudding

Mozzarella cheese and potatoes are chopped, red pepper cut into circles

Take a pot, heat the olive oil, sauté the minced garlic, add the chopped potatoes and stir fry

Add the right amount of water and seasoning
4.
Boil the potatoes until puree, turn off the heat
5.
Tear the square wrappers into pieces and place them in the baking tray
6.
Pour the mashed potatoes into the cubes
7.
Put in red pepper slices
8.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the red pepper
9.
Put it in a 180 degree oven and bake for about 30 minutes
10.
Bake the cheese until golden and charred
