Cheese Garlic Red Shrimp
1.
Prepare the ingredients used.
2.
Thaw the Argentine red shrimp naturally, cut off the shrimp silk and the shrimp gun, cut from the back of the shrimp, and take out the shrimp thread.
3.
Remove the shells from the shrimp tails, shape the shrimp tails into an open back shape, and spread them on a plate. Add a pinch of salt and cooking wine to marinate for a while.
4.
Use a garlic press to press the garlic into a puree.
5.
Pour out the marinated shrimp liquid and spread garlic paste on the shrimp meat.
6.
Drizzle with olive oil and a little light soy sauce.
7.
Put it in the oven and bake at 200 for 10 minutes.
8.
Take out the plate, pour out the moisture inside, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, put it back in the oven and bake for 3 minutes, until the surface cheese melts.
9.
After taking it out, sprinkle with cheese powder.
Tips:
1. In order to prevent the shrimp from shrinking during the heating process, it is best to cut both sides of the shrimp to make it break.
2. During baking, the shrimp meat will get out of water, so before adding the cheese, pour out the water.
3. You don't need to bake too long after spreading cheese, otherwise the cheese will dry out easily.
