Chestnut Bread (bread Machine Version)

Put ingredients other than butter in the bread bucket

Select the "kneading" program, press the "start" button, and stir until the dough surface is smooth, take a piece of it for inspection, and draw a thicker film

Add butter, repeat the procedure 2, take a piece for inspection, it can pull out a thin and not easy to break film

Press the "stop" button to end the kneading, cover the inner barrel with moist gauze or plastic wrap, and start basic fermentation

It’s ok to poke the hole with your hands and not rebound. My bread maker will fire for about an hour.

After the basic fermentation is over, take out the dough and place it on the chopping board, gently press it with your hands to expel large bubbles (I am a lazy egg, this step is given to the bread machine to start the "kneading" program for five minutes, and then squeeze the remaining bubbles to finish)

Round the dough and let it rest on the chopping board for 15 minutes

Select the "fermentation" program, press the "start" button for the second fermentation, the second fermentation will be completed in about 1 hour

The amount of water in the recipe can be adjusted according to the water absorption of your own flour, usually 5% of the water is reserved, and the filling can also be replaced with your favorite filling!
