Since the baby was born, I have become more and more worried about healthy eating, and I dare not let the food outside, so I learned to cook for him. I have enough of ordinary one-click eating. This time I used love and free teacher. Sweet potato bread recipe, adjusted the filling, made this chestnut stuffed bread, the taste is not bad haha...

Chestnut Bread (bread Machine Version)

1. Put ingredients other than butter in the bread bucket

2. Select the "kneading" program, press the "start" button, and stir until the dough surface is smooth, take a piece of it for inspection, and draw a thicker film

3. Add butter, repeat the procedure 2, take a piece for inspection, it can pull out a thin and not easy to break film

4. Press the "stop" button to end the kneading, cover the inner barrel with moist gauze or plastic wrap, and start basic fermentation

5. It’s ok to poke the hole with your hands and not rebound. My bread maker will fire for about an hour.

6. After the basic fermentation is over, take out the dough and place it on the chopping board, gently press it with your hands to expel large bubbles (I am a lazy egg, this step is given to the bread machine to start the "kneading" program for five minutes, and then squeeze the remaining bubbles to finish)

7. Round the dough and let it rest on the chopping board for 15 minutes

8. Roll out the loosened dough and turn it over

9. Spread chestnut filling in the middle 1/3

10. Fold inward at 1/3 of the left and right

11. Thin short hem

12. And put on chestnut filling

13. Roll up from top to bottom

14. Put it in the bucket of the bread machine

15. Select the "fermentation" program, press the "start" button for the second fermentation, the second fermentation will be completed in about 1 hour

16. Select the "baking" program, set the time for 1 hour, select the light burn color, press the "start" button, after baking, take out the baking net and let it cool.

17. From the side

Tips:

The amount of water in the recipe can be adjusted according to the water absorption of your own flour, usually 5% of the water is reserved, and the filling can also be replaced with your favorite filling!
