Chestnut roast chicken is a classic dish, in fact, it is also very good with pork ribs! Chestnut is suitable for elderly people with kidney deficiency. It is especially suitable for middle-aged and elderly people with backache, weak legs and feet, and frequent urination!

Chestnut Roasted Ribs

1. The chestnuts should be washed and cooked in a pot first, then peeled and set aside

2. Pork ribs in cold water pot

3. After it is boiled, take it out and set aside

4. In a separate pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and ginger

5. Then pour into the ribs and stir fry together

6. Add dried chili, cooking wine, soy sauce and stir-fry for color

7. Add 2 large bowls of hot water, cover and simmer

8. Boil until half of the water is received, turn into the chestnuts and carrots, add seasoning salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices and vinegar

9. After the water is dry, turn off the heat and sprinkle the chopped green onion.

Tips:

Chestnuts are cooked in advance, so don’t worry about them being cooked!
