Chestnut Roasted Ribs

The chestnuts should be washed and cooked in a pot first, then peeled and set aside

Pork ribs in cold water pot

After it is boiled, take it out and set aside

In a separate pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and ginger

Then pour into the ribs and stir fry together

Add dried chili, cooking wine, soy sauce and stir-fry for color

Add 2 large bowls of hot water, cover and simmer

Boil until half of the water is received, turn into the chestnuts and carrots, add seasoning salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices and vinegar
9.
After the water is dry, turn off the heat and sprinkle the chopped green onion.
Tips:
Chestnuts are cooked in advance, so don’t worry about them being cooked!
