Chia Seed Bread

Put the Belle Lachia seeds directly into the pot and stir fry until the chia seeds jump to turn off the heat.

Mix the sauteed chia seeds and honey.

Put an egg in the bread maker.

Then add water.

Put the mixed honey and chia seeds into the bread machine.

Then add salt, bread flour and Belle Lachia seed flour. Be sure to mix the bread flour and Belle Lecchia seed flour evenly before putting it into the bread machine.

Put the yeast and salad oil into the bread machine at last, press the bread button, and the bread machine starts to work.
8.
About three and a half hours, the bread is ready.
Tips:
Be sure to put enough water, otherwise it won't highlight the soft waxy. After roasting, the chia seeds are very crispy. It's really hard to eat.
