Chia Seed Coconut Bread

Except for the coconut, other materials are put into the bread bucket in the order of liquid first, then solid, select the fermentation process

After the dough has been fermented to twice its size, take it out and knead it to air and divide it into nine parts

Take one of the pieces and roll it flat, spread the coconut paste and roll it into a strip from one side, and then fold it in two to form a circle

Spread it flat under the bread machine, brush the surface with vegetable oil, and choose the white bread program, but note that it only needs to bake for 40 minutes.
Tips:
You can also be lazy and directly select the white bread program, and add it when the bread machine prompts to add other ingredients. The final product is a loaf.
