Chicken Breast Salad

First wash the chicken breasts and wipe off any excess water. Marinate them with salt, black pepper, and plum wine for an hour.

Wash bitter chrysanthemum, purple leaf lettuce, small tomatoes, yellow pepper and cut into circles, and put them in the plate

One hour later, pour olive oil into the pot and fry the chicken breasts over low heat. After frying, cut into strips and put on top of the dish.

Just add lemon and salad dressing while eating.
Tips:
You can choose cooking wine or white wine for the marinated chicken breast. Personally choose plum wine, because the sweetness in the wine can make the taste of chicken breast richer.
