Chicken Breast Sandwich

Dissolve the New Orleans seasoning with water, add the chicken breasts, and marinate overnight. Add a little more oil to the pan and fry the marinated chicken breasts on both sides.

Without pouring oil in the pan, bake the bread slices on both sides for a few seconds until the surface is tender.

Pour a little oil in the pan, add the zucchini slices, fry them yellow on both sides, sprinkle a little salt on the surface.

Spread the bread slices with salad sauce.

Put on the zucchini slices.

Slice the cooked chicken breast and place it on top of the zucchini.

Place a layer of zucchini slices on the chicken breast and cover with another slice of bread coated with salad sauce.
Cross-cut method, cut the sandwich into four pieces and put them in a container.
