Chicken Claypot

Clean the chicken and chop small pieces with cooking wine, pepper, salt, ginger, garlic, cornstarch and marinate for half an hour.

Cut red pepper into circles, slice ginger and garlic, and cut green onion for use.

Clean the coriander, cut the onion, and soak the mushrooms in advance, and then slice them for later use.

Heat the clay pot and put in the right amount of oil.

Add the ginger and garlic slices when the oil is hot and saute.

Pour shiitake mushrooms and onion from the side, mix well.

Add oyster sauce, red pepper and mix well.

Add appropriate amount of sesame oil, mix well, and then add green onion and coriander.
Tips:
1. Be sure to put an appropriate amount of cornstarch when marinating chicken, which will make the meat more tender and smooth.
2. It is better to use high-level liquor when marinating chicken, so that the cooked meat will be more fragrant.
