Chicken Claypot Rice

Take an appropriate amount of fragrant rice, after washing, add about 1 finger of water soaking the rice noodles, and soak for 1 hour

Pour the rice and water into the rice cooker

Choose the cooking menu according to personal preference, I use standard rice

Cut fresh chicken legs and wings into small pieces, add ginger slices

Add a little salt, rice wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sweet potato starch

Grab well, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

Put cooking oil in another wok, stir-fry minced garlic and tempeh over low heat. For spicy food, you can put some millet pepper

Fry the chicken nuggets until completely discolored, about 5 minutes

When the rice has 10 minutes left, turn it on and add the fried chicken nuggets. After the trip, continue to simmer for about 5 minutes. Turn on the steamed fish soy sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve.
