Claypot rice is a famous snack in Guangdong, and it is a childhood memory of many people. Chicken has a special status in Guangdong. It can be said that Cantonese is a group without chickens. Even if the avian flu raged back then, it would not affect the love of chicken in Guangdong.

Chicken claypot rice is one of the classic collocations of claypot rice. After marinating, the chicken has the savory flavor of soy sauce and the fragrance of mushrooms. After being simmered in a rice cooker, the gravy penetrates into the rice, and the rice also has a fresh fragrance like chicken soup. You can eat two big bowls just with rice!

Chicken Claypot Rice

3. Add soy sauce, salt, sugar, oil, pepper, cornstarch, and ginger, stir well and marinate for 20 minutes.

4. Soak the mushrooms in water to soften.

5. Cut the soaked mushrooms into thick strips.

7. Cut the red dates into thick strips.

8. After the rice cooker's prompt sound, code in the chicken nuggets, mushrooms and red dates, cover them, and press the "start" button to continue cooking.

9. Cut green onions into chopped green onions.

Tips:

1 If the taste is not strong enough, you can add soy sauce and stir evenly.
