The first time I tried to make dumplings with corn, it felt good. Because there is onion in it, the amount of corn is less, and the taste of onion overwhelms the taste of corn, so next time I plan to do it, I will not add onion, and increase the amount of corn to highlight the flavor. Still post it to share. "

Chicken Corn Dumplings

1. Prepare chicken breasts, corn, dumpling skins, onions, eryngii mushrooms, and fatty meat

2. Peel the corn, dice chicken breast, onion, pleurotus eryngii, fatty meat, etc.

3. Add sesame oil, pepper, monosodium glutamate, salt and mix well.

4. Make dumplings.

5. Fold in half and press into shape with both hands.

6. Dumplings are ready.

7. Put light oil in a pan, add dumplings, and fry with a cover over low heat.

8. Fry until the bottom is golden brown, pour in half a cup of boiling water.

9. Boil until the water in the pot dries quickly, then lift the pot to a plate.

Tips:

1. Chicken breast tastes more wood, so a piece of white meat is added to reconcile the taste.

2. Onions are strong and will grab the taste, so don't add them.
