Chicken Egg Fried Rice

Dice green onion, mince ginger and garlic.

Dice green peppers and shallots.

Dice chicken breast, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper, and mix well, add a little cornstarch, mix well and marinate. Beat the eggs into a bowl, drop 3 drops of vinegar (to remove fishy) and beat them up.

Heat the rice in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Raise the pan, add 10 ml of oil, and fry the eggs.

Add oil to the pot, add star anise to low heat and stir fragrant.

Add the marinated meat and stir fry.

Add ingredients except garlic and stir well, add salt and mix thoroughly.

Add rice and stir-fry well.
10.
Add the scrambled eggs and stir-fry well.
11.
Pour vinegar on the side of the pot before serving, turn off the heat and stir well.
12.
Served rice.
Tips:
Vinegar must be added before turning off the heat
