The leftover rice is fried with chicken breast and egg, a little green pepper and green onion. It is nutritious, healthy and refreshing. It is delicious.

Chicken Egg Fried Rice

1. Dice green onion, mince ginger and garlic.

2. Dice green peppers and shallots.

3. Dice chicken breast, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper, and mix well, add a little cornstarch, mix well and marinate. Beat the eggs into a bowl, drop 3 drops of vinegar (to remove fishy) and beat them up.

4. Heat the rice in the microwave for 2 minutes.
