Chicken Feet in Korean Spicy Sauce

Fry the cleaned chicken feet to remove the nails, sprinkle a layer of flour, and wash the chicken feet carefully with flour.

Put an appropriate amount of white vinegar, turn the chicken feet a bit after 10 minutes, and wash the chicken feet after another 10 minutes to better remove the peculiar smell of the chicken feet.

Put cold water in a pot, add chicken feet, put bay leaves, and bring to a boil. Use a spoon to remove the scum, turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the cooked chicken feet to control the moisture and dry them carefully with kitchen paper to prevent splashing during frying.

Mix Korean chili sauce, Korean chili noodles, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sake, and a little salt into a seasoning sauce.

Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken feet that have been dried and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and sugar, stir fry and turn off the heat evenly.

Put the seasoning sauce in the pot and mix well.

Add appropriate amount of hot water, turn on the heat again, and boil for about 10 minutes. If you like a softer texture, cook it for a while.

Finally, collect the juice and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
