Chicken Hearts in Red Oil

Ingredients: Chicken Heart

Seasoning: red oil

Wash the chicken heart and break it in half.

Do it all in turn.

Boil water in a pot and add chicken hearts. Add salt, green onion and ginger and cook for 10 minutes to turn off the heat.

Put the cooked chicken hearts on a plate and let cool.

Pour in an appropriate amount of red oil, mix well and serve.
