Chicken Liver Mustard Soup

After the chicken liver is rinsed, add a teaspoon of salt to soak in water for 1 hour, then rinse it off

Wash the mustard

Shake the oil evenly in the pan
4.
Stir fry with ginger slices and chicken liver
5.
Stir fry until the chicken liver changes color, add appropriate amount of water
6.
Cook for 10 minutes

Add mustard greens and cook

After the dishes are ready, add some salt to taste
