Chicken, Mushroom and Lotus Leaf Rice

Soaked mushrooms

Wash the lotus leaves and soak in water

Tips:
1. The rice should be soaked sufficiently, so that it can absorb enough water, it will be easy to cook when steamed, and the taste is good
2. You can soak the rice with the water of soaking shiitake mushrooms, so that the flavor of shiitake mushrooms will be stronger
3. You can add soy sauce, chili and other seasonings according to personal preference when mixing rice
