Chicken Noodles

Ingredients are prepared.

The chicken breast and two chives are cooked in a pot.

Put white sugar and salt in a bowl, add a small amount of cold white and stir until melted, add vinegar, soy sauce, chopped peanuts, chives, and chili oil to season the sauce.

Grate carrots and cucumbers, and sprinkle some salt on the carrots.

Tear the cooked chicken breast into shreds.

Boil water in a soup pot and cook noodles.

Boil the noodles a little bit harder. After removing them, pass pure water, drain the water, and stir in some cooked oil.

Put noodles in a bowl, top with carrot, cucumber, and chicken, and then pour the sauce according to your taste.
Tips:
The fermented hollow dried noodles I use are very chewy, so the cooked noodles will have no problem with water and will not affect the taste. If it is other noodles, it is not recommended to water. After removing the draining water, directly mix the cooked oil and use a fan to cool it.
