Chicken Noodles

The chicken breast is cooked in boiling water for 20 to 30 minutes, and it can be penetrated by chopsticks. When cooking, put some white wine or cooking wine to get rid of fishy.

Tear it into shredded chicken by hand after cooling.

Mix 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of boiled water.
